My laptop got reset and the technician installed win 7 instead of win 8 which is the default OS on my laptop and I already activated win 10 by upgrading it when Microsoft launched free upgrade 2 years ago. So i tried the tool from microsoft to upgrade to win 10 from win 7. It didnt ask me the key whatsoever cause I already activated it. I dont think I have that folder to see my OS there. What do i do?
